Hey there. I’ve been, one way and another, a little distracted in the past few days. This article of legal brevity appeared at my parents address this week. Well, I’d be stupid to hope that they wouldn’t pursue the issue right? This is the side of whistleblowing that makes your stomach turn and your heart sink, on a personal level.

But I guess I knew it was coming. Seriously disrupting, but Lun3terr3 and I will have some salvos of our own to share in the next couple of days. Until then… click on an image.

  1. This does not look good…
What are you thinking of doing?

  2. Why was the letter sent from their Netherlands address when they have an office in NY??

  3. Do you think there might be any way around this? Is there some kind of loophole in your employment contract? Can they really touch you if you’re in Australia? I read through it before but I don’t think it’s promising.

Plus, they sent this four days before ’someone’ did something to your car. Paul may have forsaken the legal route to you. I’m personally more worried about your physical safety than your financial safety.

  4. Hey LadyD. Good question… I’m not sure I even care, but if I had to guess, it’s from a lawyer who works in both offices and doesn’t type up his own letters.

  5. Hey Infallible. No it doesn’t.
Thinking I’ll lay low… I’m still betting that disclosures about Bluebird will buy me credibility, potentially wreck the legal proceedings against me. Failing that, avoid extradition… Whistleblowing sucks! K

  6. Thanks James, much appreciated. I’m laying low, for sure… It doesn’t look good, but still hoping to avoid the repercussions through our investigations in to Bluebird – I’ve staked a lot on that. Still trying to see the bright side to whistleblowing, but it’s not easy.
